Its not what you photograph, it is what you photograph that makes you an image maker
Brutalism architecture is very popular with a lot of photographers but when you begin to understand what brutalism is, and how it impacted on community and life, your images of brutalism will take on a new life.
During this online or in-person lecture or extended online or in-person workshop you will hear how I have spent the last five years photographing communities of brutalism architecture and how their lives were moulded by the concrete. By photographing how you experience and feel about something will take your image making to a much higher and intense level that everyone, picture editors or camera club judges will engage with ease.
If you wish to book either the lecture or workshop for your club or society, or would like to know when we are hosting either so you book on as an individual please call Stewart on 0795 512 4000 or email at stewartwall01@gmail.com
Workshop Attendee Feedback
“Just to say thank you for the great day I had on our club Walkabout day with yourself in Grimsby. I found your introduction in the morning most interesting and encouraging to get out there and have a go”…. Janina
“I would just like say what a really enjoyable day you put on for us all” Mike
“I found your pre-talk highly informative and feedback given to the other participants was very constructive.
I think the amount of time given for shooting was about right and given the weather, we were incredibly lucky.
Group sizes were spot on as we were all able to take a variety of shots, with each member of each group having similar shots but often with a different interpretation” Jo
