Don’t worry, both are easy to put right.
To remove the wrong Master Page:
Look at the list of pages on the left and right-click on the page where you applied the wrong Master. A menu should appear which will allow you to remove/clear the Master Page. You can then apply the correct Master Page.
To get your Pages and Master Pages panel back:
If the panel on the left is now showing Assets, go to Window > Pages from the menu at the top of the screen. This should bring the Pages panel back, with the Master Pages at the top and your document pages underneath.
Don’t worry if you move or close panels while experimenting. Affinity allows us to bring them back again, and getting used to this is all part of learning the workspace.
