Photobook Talks & Workshops

I have been creating Photobooks for over 20 years and love the idea that a photobook ensures people can see my images and stories both now and in the future. My photobooks are in private collections all over the world, as well as in the Martin Parr Foundation in Bristol.

In 2015 I established Future Heritage Photobooks as a publishing house and began to run collaborative photobook projects, many of which were in conjunction with the Royal Photographic Society. In 2020 the RPS asked me to create the criteria for a new dinstinction genre in photobooks, which I did, and then I chaired the assessments for its first two years. In 2021 the RPS awarded me their Fenton medal, and made me a life member for my contributions to the society. I have also mentored photographers who have gone on to gained their associate and fellowship in photobooks with the society. 

I organise photobook events and workshops both online and all over the UK so others can share my methods for creating photobooks so they can create their own, or join in with one of my collaborative projects.
